“Welcome to the 2016 AB MOTORSPORT MERCIAN ROAD RALLY. Mercia Motor Sports would like to thank our new title sponsor AB Motorsport and also Southam Tyres for use of their premises for Start and Scrutineering etc. based at Southam Drive, Southam, Warwickshire CV47 0RB.

This year’s event continues to be part of the EMAMC, ANEMMC and AWMMC championships, plus the HRCR Premier Rally championship and, as we have continued to receive good feedback from the last few events and been awarded the best event trophy in the 2009 AWMMC championship, we are continuing with straightforward navigation.

For those without a National ‘B’ licence there is also a Clubman’s event.

The route will start at Southam Tyres premises in Southam (Map Ref. 151/411½610½) and be of approximately 150 miles on maps 151 & 152 including 8 miles of unsurfaced whites incorporating 1 or more runs at the ‘Southam Tyres Special Test’.

There will be classes for experts, novices and awards for historic cars. Only vehicles conforming to the MSA technical regulations will be allowed to start.
